By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service is not clinical
Blueprint is a self-insight tool inspired by public-record research in Transactional Analysis and motivation psychology. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy, or a substitute for professional advice. Results, scores, and narrative reports are for personal reflection only. - You retain ownership of the content you submit (your answers, stories, and account information). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
5. Payments and refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. AI-generated content
Paid reports use AI to generate narrative summaries based on your assessment data. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Review it critically; do not rely on it for any decision with real-world consequences. tallminded does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including the assessment design, scoring logic, report templates, software, and branding, is owned by tallminded or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the Service or paid reports.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores or reports will be free from inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tallminded and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tallminded from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if continued use poses a security or fraud risk, or for non-payment. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@tallminded.com. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) will survive.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
